With open rooms, quiet corners, and views that stretch across the valley, the house offers a simple, comfortable place to settle in near the Catskill Mountains. It’s an easy setting for a weekend away, a family gathering, or days spent outdoors.

    • A chef’s kitchen with modern appliances, farmhouse sink, and large center island
    • A butler’s pantry with laundry, storage, and extra space to tuck things away

  • The farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to 10+ guests, with bedrooms spread across two floors to allow both connection and privacy.

    • Main Floor Lounge — Queen Murphy bed, TV seating area, and en-suite bathroom with shower
    • Upstairs Bunk Room — Four full-size beds

    Options may include pre-arrival grocery stocking, breakfast baskets, s’mores kits, charcuterie boards, and picnic setups, as well as farm tours, seasonal workshops, or occasional on-site experiences such as cooking, painting, yoga, or jewelry-making classes.
